Jay Fair's Wiggle Tail Nymph

The Wiggle Tail Nymph is a small version of a Wooly Bugger. It is a general imitator type fly and represents many items on the menu of trout, bass, carp, cappie, and perch - including leeches, baitfish, dragonfly and damselfly numphs, crayfish, and even aquatic snails.

Although it can be used in streams and rivers, it is most commonly used in lakes.  It can be trolled, or cast and retrieved using intermediate or a sinking line, with retrieve styles such as finger twist, 2 inch strips, 6 inch strips, or long slow 2 foot strips.
