South Fork Caddis
The
South Fork Caddis was created by club member Fred Wesselink. Fred designed this
fly to imitate an adult caddis, but it is also suggestive of a stonefly adult,
grasshopper, or cricket. This fly is very bouyant, and best of all, it is an
easy tie. Fred usually fishes this pattern traditional dry fly style,
but it is also a great fly for a "hopper and dropper" presentation.
Fred also found this to be a good bluegill fly when tied in yellow.
